产品描述：GFP monoclonal antibody CSB-MA000051M0m was produced in the mouse immunized by using the Recombinant GFP Protein as the immunogen. The target protein GFP is a versatile biological marker for monitoring physiological processes, visualizing protein localization, and detecting transgenic expression in vivo. GFP can be excited by the 488 nm laser line and is optimally detected at 510 nm.
This GFP Monoclonal Antibody was tested in the ELISA, WB and IP. The non-conjugated IgG2b got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. Anti-GFP antibodies provide a convenient method for visualizing GFP, especially when amplification of the fluorescent protein of interest is necessary to overcome a dim or degraded signal. It doesn’t have species restricted. -
